The user connects to his wallet via the extensions (metamask, phantom...). We use the wallet id to authenticate the user and list his NFTs, no blockchain transaction is performed, Richon has no access to the NFTs of its users.
10 to 15 business days as soon as you receive the email confirmation.
No, all sales are final. This is because as soon as your order is placed our supplier begins working on your order. Once the process starts we cannot change or update orders.
