Authenticity & security
The user connects his wallet via the extensions (metamask, phantom...). We use the wallet id to authenticate the user and list his NFTs, no blockchain transactions are performed, Richon has no access to the NFTs of its users.
Yes, all information will be encrypted when stored & will strictly be used for purposes of shipping your merchandise. Once all the merchandise is delivered, the information will be destroyed.
If you can't connect your wallet, try to close and reopen your browser. If it's not working, try disabling unused wallet extension. If none of that works, you can contact the support at contact@richon.io.

10 to 15 business days as soon as you receive the email confirmation.
No, all sales are final. This is because as soon as your order is placed our supplier begins working on your order. Once the process starts we cannot change or update orders.
Once the order is validated a confirmation email will be sent by Richon to you. DHL will send a tracking code and connect you on their platform to track your package.

Shipping is calculated directly in your order. Shipping is free when you have a minimum order of 250€/$.
If you follow some influencers in the NFT world, you may be able to get a coupon as we often do collabs with them.
Once you have placed your product in the shopping cart, you can enter your coupon code.
All prices displayed on our website include the value-added tax (VAT) applicable in Belgium. When choosing the country of delivery after your shopping cart has been validated, the VAT will be updated accordingly. The customer agrees to pay all taxes due on the import of products, customs duty, value-added tax, and any other taxes due under the laws of the country where the order is received. Richon Corporate shall not be held legally responsible if the taxes are not paid by the customer.

Payment options
We have integrated credit card payments through Stripe; the most secure online payment platform. We have also integrated crypto payments. Thus, you will be able to pay with your favorite crypto coin.
Selecting the crypto payment option allows you to choose which crypto currency you want to pay with. You will then receive a transaction address to pay directly to our wallet. The transaction has to be confirmed on the blockchain before we receive your payment. At that moment, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

The products sold on Richon are unisex. In general, we invite you to always refer to your EU size which does not change from one model to another. You have at your disposal a size guide for all our products which allows you to avoid any confusion. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
